

Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 10 days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the carrier's terms and conditions.
Returns
We do not offer refunds. For exchanges, customers may choose a different model or color of the same or higher value (paying the difference, if applicable).
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging in good condition.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted, such as in the following cases:
- The product is not in its original condition or is damaged due to causes beyond our control.
- The product is returned outside the 30-day period after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will automatically be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet after the indicated period:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to process.
• Contact your bank, as there are often additional processing times.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at infobugu@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the item, we'll send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver ordered it to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
